The Twin Sisters has been a classic brunch item at Rifugio’s since the start. It takes its inspiration from the Twin Sisters Mountains. Ours are just covered in molten hollendaise sauce with a touch of cayenne and lemon. At the base is our hand crafted potato cake. Add Sausage, Bacon or Vegetables.

The Cleveland as you can guess is a tribute to my boyhood home. In Cleveland we have many ethnic restaurants and Jewish delis are among the best. The fresh sliced corned beef, apple sauce and sour cream with simple potato cakes. I have taken a different approach and made it breakfast.

The Ricardo’s Slaw was a collaboration of flavors. Aioli and cabbage, kale, carrots, Gorgonzola cheese, raisins and almonds. It is a meal in and of itself.

Hail to Ceasar the holy roman emperor. Kale, house dressing, pecorino romano cheese, tomato.

Our spaghetti & meatballs stand the test of great rich flavor. 10oz of meat and fresh local pasta and pecorino romano cheese.
