What is MOST exciting in your food world?
I would like to know what is most exciting to you... my customers in your food world. You see "I Love Food" I not only love food but love cooking and performing for my audience interacting and telling stories about the food they are eating and what I have created. So, I am looking to hear from a wider audience what is on their mind. What is important. Is it fresh ingredients, is it where the food came from and how it is prepared? If so how do you want restauranteurs to present it to you? Do you want it Family Style or plated?
