Chefs at the Market
Chefs at the Bellingham Market was a collaborative event that promotes Chefs and Farmers and the bounty tided with opportunity to learn about our food, where it comes from how its harvested and how chefs adapt it to a culinary product. If a chef or artisan does not have quality products his end result with be compromised.
We had a great time Arlen and I at the market making Pierogi. No, no don's say it... that Italian don't make Pierogi. Everybody makes dumplings and yum. I have attached a photo of Arlen and I living itup at the Market.
