A Tribute to Sicily’s love of seafood

Italy loves fish and celebrating Sicily’s love of swordfish and tuna. Swordfish has long been one of Sicily’s gastronomic highlight and can be found on pretty much every menu across the island. The fish that feeds a hundred mouth is celebrated with a huge barbecue at the little fishing port o Aci Trezza, coinciding with celebrations of the village’s patron saint, San Giovanni.
